Credits are the single unit for everything AI does in AITIZER: Vibe Coding builds, agent conversations and automation columns. What the usage panel shows is exactly what is deducted. Heavier models such as Opus use more credits per request; the multiplier is shown next to each model.
It depends on the app. A typical Vibe Coding build uses around 200 credits, so the Pro plan's 6,000 credits are roughly 30 builds a month plus agents and automations. The estimate under each plan uses that average.
Yes, if you cancel before it ends. Pick a plan, add a card and get 7 days with 1,500 credits before the first charge. Cancel from the billing panel before day 7 and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan you chose starts automatically. One trial per customer.
AI features pause; your data, apps and agents keep running. Buy a credit pack, upgrade, or (Pro and above) enable automatic recharge with a hard monthly cap you control. Unused plan credits roll over one period; purchased packs never expire.
On Pro and above. Bring your Anthropic, OpenAI or Google keys; calls made with your own key cost zero AITIZER credits.
Members are your team logging into AITIZER. App users are the people who log into the apps you publish; they never see AITIZER. Plans count them separately.
Any time, from the billing panel (Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for cards, invoices and cancellation). Plan changes are pro rata and apply to your existing subscription; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free with everything you built. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days if under 10% of credits were used. Just write to hi@aitizer.com.
Business includes full white-label: your logo, colours, custom domain for the panel and no AITIZER badge on published apps. Pro removes the badge and allows your own domain for apps.
A dedicated worker and single-tenant isolation, region of choice, SAML with SCIM, audit log, 99.9% SLA, a customer success manager and volume AI pricing, under a contract with DPA and invoicing.
