You need Vonage (Nexmo) credentials (an API key or token) from your own Vonage (Nexmo) account. Paste them once in AITIZER; they are encrypted and injected server-side, never exposed to the browser.

Yes. Any Special Field request can be given to an AI agent as a tool. The agent decides when to call Vonage (Nexmo), with the permissions you set per table.
